PEP staff worked with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) National Personal Protection Technology Laboratory (NPPTL) providing executive-level assistance to NPPTL’s leadership in designing and implementing a strategic management system that effectively aligned all resources on the accomplishment of goals and objectives. This Business Systems Support Services contract included: leadership and team development; development of strategic program plans; implementation of customer focused programs and processes; program measurement and evaluation; implementation of human resource focused programs and processes; documentation, evaluation, and improvement of organizational processes; review and assessment of business results;  environmental assessment; assessment of organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; benchmark studies and implementation of industry best practices.
